§386-10 Out of state employers. Anyemployer whose principal place of business is outside the State shall, prior tothe commencement of employment within the State, register with the director theemployer's name, approximate total wages to be paid, and the dates ofemployment activity within the State. The employer shall file with thedirector, in the form prescribed by the director, a notice of insurance asrequired by section 386-122. [L 1986, c 132, §1; am L 1989, c 24, §1]
