§386-10 - Out of state employers.
§386-10 Out of state employers. Any
employer whose principal place of business is outside the State shall, prior to
the commencement of employment within the State, register with the director the
employer's name, approximate total wages to be paid, and the dates of
employment activity within the State. The employer shall file with the
director, in the form prescribed by the director, a notice of insurance as
