§387-13  Right of collective bargainingprotected.  Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to interfere with,impede, or in any way diminish the right of employees to bargain collectivelythrough representatives of their own choosing in order to establish wages inexcess of the applicable minimum under this chapter, or to establish hours ofwork shorter than the applicable maximum under this chapter.
