ยง387-7ย Wilful violations; penalty.ย Anyemployer who wilfully hinders or delays the director of labor and industrialrelations or the director's authorized representative in the performance of thedirector's duties in the enforcement of this chapter; or who wilfully refusesto admit the director or the director's authorized representative to any placeof employment; or who fails to keep or who falsifies any record required undersection 387-6 or who refuses to make such records accessible or to give informationrequired for the proper enforcement of this chapter, upon demand, to thedirector or the director's authorized representative shall be fined not morethan $500 or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
