[§392-29]  No assignment of benefits;exemptions from attachment, etc.  No assignment, pledge, or encumbrance ofany right to benefits which are or may become due or payable under this chaptershall be valid; and such rights to benefits shall be exempt from levy,execution, attachment, garnishment, or any other remedy whatsoever provided forthe collection of debt.  No waiver of any exemption provided for in thissection shall be valid.
