[§392-49]  Insolvency of employer not to
release insurer.  Every policy and contract of insurance issued for the
purposes of this chapter shall contain a provision to the effect that the
insolvency or bankruptcy of the employer and the employer's discharge therein
shall not relieve the insurer from the payment of temporary disability benefits
