[§392-49]  Insolvency of employer not torelease insurer.  Every policy and contract of insurance issued for thepurposes of this chapter shall contain a provision to the effect that theinsolvency or bankruptcy of the employer and the employer's discharge thereinshall not relieve the insurer from the payment of temporary disability benefitsduring the life of the policy or contract.
