[§392-74]  Conclusiveness of determinationsand decisions.  Except insofar as reconsideration is had under section392-79, any right, fact, or matter in issue, directly passed upon ornecessarily involved in an appeal which has become final, shall be conclusivefor all the purposes of this chapter.
