PART VI.Ā ENFORCEMENT

 

[Ā§392-91]Ā  Enforcement by the director.Ā The director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.Ā  The director mayappoint such assistants and such clerical, stenographic and other help as maybe necessary for the proper enforcement of this chapter subject to any civilservice act relating to state employees.Ā  The salaries of all the foregoingappointees and employees shall be as fixed by law.

The director may adopt, amend, or repeal suchrules and regulations as the director deems necessary or suitable for theproper enforcement of this chapter. [L 1969, c 148, pt of Ā§1; gen ch 1985]
