[§393-20]  Adjustment of employer-sponsoredplans.  Where employees subject to the coverage of this chapter areincluded in the coverage provisions of an employer-sponsored prepaid healthcare plan covering similar employees employed outside the State and themajority of such employees are not subject to this chapter, the benefitsapplicable to the employees covered by this chapter shall be adjusted withinone year after the effective date of this chapter so as to meet therequirements of this chapter.
