[§393-32]  Rulemaking and other powers ofthe director.  The director may adopt, amend, or repeal, pursuant tochapter 91, such rules and regulations as the director deems necessary orsuitable for the proper administration and enforcement of this chapter.

The director may round off the amountsspecified in this chapter for the purpose of eliminating payments from thepremium supplementation fund in other than even dollar amounts or otherpurposes.

The director may prescribe the filing ofreports by prepaid health care plan contractors and prescribe the form andcontent of requests by employers for premium supplementation and the period forthe payment thereof. [L 1974, c 210, pt of §1; gen ch 1985]
