[§393-34]  Penalties.  (a)  Any personwho, after twenty-one days written notice and the opportunity to be heard bythe director, is found to have violated any provision of this chapter or ruleadopted thereunder for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be finednot more than $250 for each offense.

(b)  All fines collected pursuant to thischapter shall be deposited into the special premium supplementation fundcreated by section 393-41. [L 1991, c 107, §3]
