[§394B-13]  Employees remedies.  (a)  Anaction by an employee to enforce the provisions of this chapter may bemaintained in any court of competent jurisdiction by any one or more employeesfor and in behalf of oneself or themselves, or the employee or employees maydesignate an agent or representative to maintain the action.

(b)  The court in any action brought under thissection shall, in addition to any judgment awarded to the plaintiff orplaintiffs, allow costs of action, including costs of fees of any nature, andreasonable attorney's fees, to be paid by the defendant.

(c)  The court may also provide injunctiverelief in appropriate circumstances. [L 1987, c 377, pt of §3]
