[§394B-5]  Relocation assistance.  Thedirector may provide relocation assistance if:

(1)  The dislocated worker cannot obtain employmentwithin commuting distance; and

(2)  The individual has secured suitable long durationemployment or obtained a bona fide job offer in a relocation area within theState. [L 1983, c 195, pt of §1]
