§396-13  Trade secrets.  Informationobtained by the department containing or revealing a trade secret shall be heldconfidential and access shall be limited to authorized representatives of thedirector concerned with carrying out this chapter or when relevant in anyproceeding under this chapter.  In such proceeding the director, the appealsboard, or the court shall issue such orders as may be appropriate to protectthe confidentiality of trade secrets.
