§396-5.1  Fees.  (a)  The director mayestablish fees pursuant to chapter 91 to be charged for the following:

(1)  Any aspect relating to the issuance of permits,certificates, or licenses required by this chapter or rule adopted by thedirector;

(2)  Searching, reviewing, segregating, and providingrecords pursuant to chapter 92F requests where such fees are not provided forunder rules adopted by the office of information practices;

(3)  The costs of training materials used indepartment sponsored workshops; and

(4)  The costs of public notices required forvariances, and public requests for adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules.

(b)  Fees received pursuant to subsection (a)shall be deposited into the general fund. [L 1996, c 156, §1]
