§412:10-300  Applicability of other
provisions of this chapter.  Except to the extent that the provisions of
this part are inconsistent, all provisions of article 4 shall apply to the
share accounts and deposit accounts offered by a credit union.  In case of any
inconsistencies, the provisions of this part shall control. [L 1993, c 350, pt
