§412:10-300  Applicability of otherprovisions of this chapter.  Except to the extent that the provisions ofthis part are inconsistent, all provisions of article 4 shall apply to theshare accounts and deposit accounts offered by a credit union.  In case of anyinconsistencies, the provisions of this part shall control.
