§412:10-303  Deposit accounts.  (a)  Acredit union may accept deposit accounts from its members, other credit unionsand governmental units subject to the terms, rates and conditions establishedby the board of directors.

(b)  Interest may be paid on deposit accountsat various rates with due regard to the conditions that pertain to each type ofaccount such as minimum balance, notice and time requirements. [L 1993, c 350,pt of §1]
