§412:10-304  Withdrawals.  (a)  Funds inshare and deposit accounts may be withdrawn for payment to the account holderor third parties in such manner and in accordance with such procedures as areestablished by the board of directors.

(b)  Share and deposit accounts shall besubject to any withdrawal notice requirement which is imposed pursuant to thebylaws. [L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
