§412:11-103  Use of state or federal
examinations.  The commissioner may accept, adopt, or use in lieu of an
examination prescribed by section 412:11-102 or otherwise, all or any part of
the results of an examination conducted by an appropriate state or federal
regulatory agency of a financial institution or a financial institution holding
company for the same period or subject matter that would be covered by an
