§412:11-103  Use of state or federalexaminations.  The commissioner may accept, adopt, or use in lieu of anexamination prescribed by section 412:11-102 or otherwise, all or any part ofthe results of an examination conducted by an appropriate state or federalregulatory agency of a financial institution or a financial institution holdingcompany for the same period or subject matter that would be covered by anexamination required or permitted under this article.
