§412:11-104  Service of process.  Everyfinancial institution holding company shall designate in its registrationstatement the name and address of an agent in this State who is authorized toreceive service of process and any notices in behalf of the holding company. Service may be made on a financial institution holding company by leaving acopy of the process at the office of the appointed agent in this State.  Ifsuch person is not available or refuses to accept service or notice, theservice or notice may be served upon any officer or manager of the financialinstitution subsidiary located in this State.
