§412:11-106  Injunctions.  If itappears to the commissioner that any person has committed or is about to commita violation of any provision of this article or any rule or order of thecommissioner, the commissioner may apply to the circuit court for an orderenjoining such person from violating or continuing to violate this article orany rule or order and for injunctive relief as the nature of the case or theinterests of the financial institution or the financial institution holdingcompany or its depositors, beneficiaries, creditors or shareholders mayrequire.
