§412:13-202  Application to establish andmaintain a branch or agency; contents.  A foreign bank, in order to procurea license under this article to establish and maintain a Hawaii state branch orHawaii state agency, shall submit an application to the commissioner, togetherwith the application fee prescribed in section 412:13-206.  The applicationshall contain:

(1)  The same information as required by the Board ofGovernors of the Federal Reserve System for an application to establish abranch or agency, as the case may be, in the United States;

(2)  If applicable, a statement under oath appointingan agent in this State for receipt of service of process in accordance withsection 414-437, if the license is granted; and
