[§412:13-206]  Application fees.  Uponapplying to the commissioner under this article for an initial license toestablish and maintain a Hawaii state branch or Hawaii state agency, a foreignbank shall pay to the commissioner an application fee of $9,000 or a greateramount as the commissioner shall establish by rule pursuant to chapter 91.  Foran application to establish additional branches or agencies, the foreign bankshall pay an application fee of $1,500 or a greater amount as may beestablished by rule.  For an application to amend a license, the foreign bankshall pay an application fee of $1,500 or a greater amount as may beestablished by rule.  All application fees shall be nonrefundable.
