[§412:13-211]  Disclosure of lack of depositinsurance.  Each foreign bank that is licensed to establish and maintain aHawaii state branch or Hawaii state agency, in a manner established by thecommissioner by rule or order, shall give notice that deposits and creditbalances in the branch or agency office are not insured by the Federal DepositInsurance Corporation.  The foregoing notice requirement shall not apply to aninsured Hawaii state branch of a bank organized under the laws of any territoryof the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the Virgin Islands.[L 1996, c 155, pt of §2]
