[§412:13-212]  Limitations on payment ofinterest on deposits.  A foreign bank that is licensed to establish andmaintain a Hawaii state branch or Hawaii state agency shall be subject to thesame limitations with respect to the payment of interest on deposits as a statebank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
