[§412:13-221]  Change of control of foreignbank.  A foreign bank that is licensed to establish and maintain a Hawaiistate branch, Hawaii state agency, or Hawaii representative office shall filewith the commissioner a notice, in a form and containing any information as thecommissioner may prescribe, no later than fourteen calendar days after theforeign bank becomes aware of any acquisition of control of the foreign bank ormerges with another foreign bank.
