§412:2-102  Examiners and other personnel.  The
commissioner may hire as many examiners, professional employees and clerical
personnel as the business of the division of financial institutions may
require.  The commissioner may also appoint an examiner knowledgeable in
international banking who shall have the same powers and authority as other
