§412:2-102  Examiners and other personnel.  Thecommissioner may hire as many examiners, professional employees and clericalpersonnel as the business of the division of financial institutions mayrequire.  The commissioner may also appoint an examiner knowledgeable ininternational banking who shall have the same powers and authority as otherexaminers, but who shall not be subject to chapter 76.
