§412:2‑201  Use of federalexaminations.  The commissioner may accept, adopt, or use in lieu of anexamination prescribed by section 412:2-200 all or any part of the results ofan examination conducted by a federal regulatory agency of a Hawaii financial institutionfor the same period or subject matter that would be covered by an examinationrequired or permitted under this article.
