§412:2-305  Consent cease and desistorders.  Any affected party may waive its rights to a hearing on any noticeof charges by stipulating and consenting to:

(1)  The issuance of a permanent cease and desistorder; or

(2)  The conversion of a temporary cease and desistorder into a permanent cease and desist order.

Any cease and desist order issued by consentshall be effective as of the date specified therein and shall remain effectiveuntil modified or terminated by the commissioner. [L 1993, c 350, pt of §1; amL 1998, c 196, §6]
