§412:2-310  Removal, prohibition, orsuspension; effect of order.  No institution-affiliated party whoseremoval, prohibition, or suspension has been ordered shall thereafterparticipate in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of the affiliated Hawaii financial institution or any other Hawaii financial institution as long as the orderis in effect.  Any violation of the order shall constitute a violation of law,and shall constitute sufficient grounds for the issuance of a cease and desistorder to the affiliated financial institution.
