§412:2-313  Consent suspension andrevocation order.  Any Hawaii financial institution may waive its right toa hearing on any notice of charges by stipulating and consenting to theissuance of an order suspending or revoking a license or charter.  Any finalsuspension or revocation order issued by consent shall be effective as of thedate specified therein and shall remain effective until modified or terminatedby the commissioner.
