§412:2-414  Optional court supervision.  Uponpetition of [the] receiver or the commissioner at any time, the circuit courtshall supervise the receivership and such proceedings shall have priority overall other matters pending before the court and shall in every other way beexpedited.  In case of court supervision, all matters requiring approval of thecommissioner shall also require the approval of the court, and all reportsrequired to be filed with the commissioner shall also be filed with the court.[L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
