§412:2-414  Optional court supervision.  Upon
petition of [the] receiver or the commissioner at any time, the circuit court
shall supervise the receivership and such proceedings shall have priority over
all other matters pending before the court and shall in every other way be
expedited.  In case of court supervision, all matters requiring approval of the
commissioner shall also require the approval of the court, and all reports
required to be filed with the commissioner shall also be filed with the court.
