§412:2-420  Claims for wrongful terminationof employment.  Recovery on a claim against an insolvent Hawaii financialinstitution in receivership resulting from wrongful termination of anemployment contract shall not exceed the unpaid compensation, withoutacceleration, pursuant to the contract when the employee was directed toterminate or when the employee actually terminated performance under thecontract, whichever first occurred, plus compensation as provided under thecontract, without acceleration, for ninety days thereafter.
