§412:2-601  Violation of chapter.  Anyinstitution-affiliated party or any other person who wilfully violates any ofthe provisions of this chapter for which a penalty or administrative fine isnot expressly provided in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanorpunishable pursuant to sections 706-663 and 706-640.
