§412:2-602  Copying records of Hawaiifinancial institutions.  Any institution-affiliated party who knowinglycopies without authorization any of the books, papers, records or documentsbelonging to or in the custody of a Hawaii financial institution, either forthe party's own use or for the use of any other person other than in theordinary and regular course of the party's duties, shall be guilty of amisdemeanor punishable pursuant to sections 706-663 and 706-640.[L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
