§412:2-604  Concealment.  Anyinstitution-affiliated party who knowingly conceals or endeavors to conceal anytransaction of the Hawaii financial institution from any director,incorporator, officer, agent or employee of the institution or any official oremployee of the division to whom it should be properly disclosed shall beguilty of a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to sections 706-663 and 706-640.[L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
