§412:3-305  Denial of license.  Ifthe commissioner is not satisfied that the applicant meets all the criteria setforth for approval, the commissioner shall issue a written decision denying theapplicant's application.  An applicant who is denied approval may request ahearing before the commissioner in accordance with chapter 91.  Any finaldecision of the commissioner denying an applicant a license may be appealed tothe circuit court as provided in chapter 91.
