§412:3-506  Opening or relocating a supportfacility.  A Hawaii financial institution that opens or relocates a supportfacility shall within thirty days thereafter submit a letter to thecommissioner containing the following information:

(1)  The location of the support facility;

(2)  A description of the type of functions which thesupport facility will perform; and
