§412:3-602  Definitions.  As used inthis part:

"Participating institution" means oneor all of the financial institutions (or, where applicable, financialinstitution holding companies) participating in a merger or consolidationpursuant to this part.

"Resulting institution" means thefinancial institution resulting from a merger, consolidation or conversionpursuant to this part. [L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
