§412:3-602  Definitions.  As used in
this part:



"Participating institution" means one
or all of the financial institutions (or, where applicable, financial
institution holding companies) participating in a merger or consolidation
pursuant to this part.



"Resulting institution" means the
financial institution resulting from a merger, consolidation or conversion
