§412:4-102  Deposit account statements.  AHawaii financial institution shall provide at least one of the holders of eachdeposit account with a statement in writing or by electronic means at leastquarterly showing deposits, withdrawals, interest earned and the opening andclosing balances of the account for the period of the statement; provided thatquarterly statements need not be provided to any holders of passbooks orcertificates of deposit or time deposit accounts, whether or not matured.
