§412:4-104  Federal deposit insurancerequired.  No bank, savings bank, savings and loan association anddepository financial services loan company which is a Hawaii financialinstitution shall accept deposits unless such deposits are insured to the extentallowed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a successor agency.  Nocredit union which is a Hawaii financial institution shall accept deposits orissue shares unless such deposits or shares are insured to the extent allowedby the National Credit Union Administration or a successor agency.
