PART I. GENERAL PROVISION

§412:5A-100  Applicability of otherprovisions of this chapter.  Unless otherwise expressly provided in thisarticle, the entities covered by this article shall have none of the powersgenerally given to Hawaii financial institutions under this chapter.  Neithershall such entities be required to file any reports or give any notices exceptas may be expressly provided in this article.
