§412:5A-214  Misrepresentation of state
liability for bonds.  Any person connected in any capacity with an
international banking corporation who represents in any way that the State is
liable for the payment of any bond or other obligation, or the interest
thereon, issued or incurred by any international banking corporation, or that
the State is liable for any act or omission of the international banking
corporation shall be guilty of a class C felony punishable pursuant to sections
