§412:5A-214  Misrepresentation of stateliability for bonds.  Any person connected in any capacity with aninternational banking corporation who represents in any way that the State isliable for the payment of any bond or other obligation, or the interestthereon, issued or incurred by any international banking corporation, or thatthe State is liable for any act or omission of the international bankingcorporation shall be guilty of a class C felony punishable pursuant to sections706-660 and 706‑640.
