§412:7-304  Loans and extensions ofcredit to executive officers, directors, principal shareholders andaffiliates.  No savings and loan association shall make any loan orextension of credit in violation of section 11 of the Home Owners' Loan Act of1933, as amended, 12 U.S.C. §1468.
