§412:8-102  Necessity for trustcompany charter.  No person shall engage in the business of a trust companyin this State or control any other person engaging in the business of a trustcompany in this State, except through a trust company incorporated in thisState and chartered under this part or through a trust division, department, orsubsidiary of a bank, pursuant to article 5.
