§412:8-103  Authority to serve as trustee. Unless chartered as a trust company under this chapter or otherwisespecifically authorized by the laws of this State, no person shall hold itselfout to the general public as being available to serve as a trustee or trustcompany, whether or not for compensation.  No person shall use the term"trust company" as part of its name unless chartered as a trustcompany pursuant to this chapter.
