[§428-1004]  Issuance of certificate ofauthority.  Unless the director determines that an application for acertificate of authority fails to comply as to form with the filingrequirements of this chapter, the director, upon payment of all filing fees, shallfile the application and issue a certificate of authority and mail it to thelimited liability company or its representative.
