§428-108  Change of registered office orregistered agent.  [Section effective until June 30, 2010.  For sectioneffective July 1, 2010, see below.]  A limited liability company or aforeign limited liability company may change its registered office or itsregistered agent by delivering to the director for filing a statement of changewhich sets forth:

(1)  The name of the company;

(2)  The street address of its current registeredoffice in this State, the name of its current registered agent at its registeredoffice in this State, and any changes required to keep the information current;and

(3)  That after the change or changes are made, thestreet addresses of its registered office and registered agent shall beidentical. [L 1996, c 92, pt of §1; am L 2002, c 130, §102]

 

§428-108  Change of registered agent.  [Sectioneffective July 1, 2010.  For section effective until June 30, 2010, seeabove.]  (a)  A limited liability company or a foreign limited liabilitycompany may change its registered agent by complying with the requirements ofsection 425R-7.
