[§428-1203]  Certificates and certifiedcopies to be received in evidence.  All certificates issued by the directorin accordance with this chapter, and all copies of records filed in the officeof the director in accordance with this chapter when certified by the director,shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodiesas prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.  A certificate by thedirector under the seal of the department, as to the existence or nonexistenceof the facts relating to a limited liability company or foreign limitedliability company, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices,and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence ofthe facts therein stated.
