[§429-13]  Summons and complaint; service onwhom.  In an action or proceeding against a nonprofit association, asummons and complaint shall be served on the agent authorized by appointment toreceive service of process, the officer, managing or general agent, or theperson authorized to participate in the management of its affairs.  If none ofthem can be served, service may be made on a member.
