[§414D-133]  Number of directors.  (a) A board of directors shall consist of three or more individuals, with thenumber specified in or fixed in accordance with the articles or bylaws.

(b)  The number of directors may be increasedor decreased (but to no fewer than three) from time to time by amendment to orin the manner prescribed in the articles or bylaws. [L 2001, c 105, pt of §1]
